Dress Code
We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up with us!
We are requesting a
formal (black-tie optional)
dress code for our evening.
“Formal (black-tie optional)” means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or a tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or long cocktail dress instead. Generally, a black-tie optional dress code means that the couple and their wedding party will be dressed in black-tie. It is, therefore, courteous for you to reflect this level of formality in your attire.
Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses.
You may wear whatever color you would like except for colors that are typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc.). We also ask that you do not wear any shades of green, unless you want to look like a bridesmaid!
Men should wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie. Please no jeans or sneakers!
